Referral Program
Earn 20% Of Our Commission
Know someone with equipment to sell? Refer an unreserved equipment consignment or farm auction. If IronBid accepts the referral, the equipment successfully sells, and IronBid collects the applicable commission, you can earn 20% of that applicable commission.
Example only
If referred equipment generates $1,000 in applicable commission for IronBid, the qualifying referral reward is $200.
This is not 20% of the selling price, gross auction proceeds, equipment ownership, or unrelated IronBid revenue.

Referral Program Terms
- Submit the referral before IronBid is already actively working with or contacting that seller about the referred sale.
- IronBid may accept or decline any consignment or referral. Referred equipment must be accepted for an unreserved IronBid auction.
- The reward is 20% of the applicable commission IronBid actually earns and collects from the referred equipment—not 20% of the selling price or gross proceeds.
- A reward becomes payable only after the applicable auction transaction is complete and IronBid has received the applicable commission.
- Cancelled, unpaid, reversed, or otherwise incomplete transactions do not generate a referral reward.
- IronBid may determine which specific items are attributable to a referral involving multiple items or a larger farm sale.
- Duplicate referrals do not create duplicate rewards. The program does not alter bidder, buyer, seller, or auction terms.
- Applicable taxes and reporting requirements remain the recipient’s responsibility where required.
